How to order
Prepare your artworks
Artworks (Originals) derived from your designs must be in good condition with clear instruction on sizes / Pantone color. Bigger scale artworks might be necessary if the designs are rather detailed. We may materialize your rough ideas or drafts into actual artworks on the basis of our expertise, in the wake of communicating with you to get
clear pictures of what you desire.
Tips:
Pls. visit www.pantone.com for further details of coloration if uncertain with
what’ll be the better colors chosen for your designs. There’ll be three or four digit numbers per color, standing for specific coloration / tone.
Nowadays artworks sent by email is getting increasingly popular, we have the application software such as Photoshop, Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator, Freehand, Acrobat & AutoCAD available to read your artworks. Strongly recommend Adobe Illustrator (a.k.a. A.I.) for artworks with Offset printing requirements to attain better results.
Pls. be reminded to develop the artworks not over 2MB if sent by email to prevent
ISP receipt failure. Pls. send any storage devices such as floppy disk, CD-ROM ,USB storage , Zip by courier package if otherwise. Either PC or Macintosh formats is OK with us to go ahead with the ensuing jobs.
Determine the cup of your tea
Very likely you’ll be puzzled over what type of your pin to be chosen among varied process. Cool down a bit, you’ll be as wise as an owl providing you pore over our detailed depict here, along with our Samples’ Guidance ( available upon request ).
We may also suggest the appropriate process on the basis of your artworks, in case
it doesn’t matter whatever the process is. Or the modification upon coloring / size will be advisory if your desired process is insistent.
Samples for approval
We’ll scrutinize it upon receipt of your artworks, and then go for sampling after everything’s clear. We can go straight ahead with mass production if samples for approval are not required, for rush orders, in a sense.
Tips:
We’ll send back your artworks with modification owing to technical limits
(pls. refer to the samples’ guidance) prior to sampling.
Mostly we won’t go ahead with sampling until all relevant samples approved.
Mass production
We’ll go ahead with mass production once the samples approved. The lead time will be within 2 weeks up to one month, correspondent to Qty ordered. We’ll inspect the goods step by step and final inspection will be imposed before shipment.
We’ll keep you well informed in case there’s any unexpected problems incur potential delays so you can sort it out in time to shun the belated hang- over.
You’ll have our words no matter what happens, we aim to absorb all problems at our end during mass production. Simply like what we always say- It’s our problem, not yours. It’s your benefit, also ours.
Tips:
It’ll be irrevocable on artworks / designs the moment in the production stage,
while increase the Qty will be feasible within first week.
Payment and Shipment in tandem
Payment by T/T is the most popular way for smaller orders, while irrevocable L/C at sight is more welcome to bigger orders.
Shipped by courier service such as FedEx, UPS, EMS is appropriate ways for smaller or rush orders. Shipped by sea freight or air cargo is also common for bigger orders.
Pls. inform us your shipping instruction one week prior to shipment in case you have
indicated forwarders, either in H.K. or China, thus we have plenty time to dart them.
Terms & Conditions
Proof of Authorization involving with registered logos, trademarks or licensee is integral to submit to us prior to mass production, we hold no responsibility for any
infringement incurred beyond our acknowledgement.
We’re to keep your Dies, moulds, films and artworks for two years in case of
re-order. Tooling charges will be free of charge if re-order within validity.
The tooling will be kept in good condition and not allowed to remove from us as
we deem them as our properties.
